In this period he was involved in the synthesis and in the study of the reactivity of the coordination compounds of platinum.įrom 1991 to 1994 he was a member of the Scientific Committee for the Development of University Studies - University of Padova-Engineering Department-detached branch of Vicenza, for the degree in Management Engineering.įrom 1998 to 2000 he was a member of the examination committee for CHEMISTRY for the degree in Electronic Engineering, Engineering Department - University of Padova. Since June 1 st, 1988 Giuseppe Pace is Researcher in the National Council for the Researches (CNR), in the centre of Chemistry and Technology of Metalorganic Compounds of Transition Elements. He was awarded his clearance to practice the profession by the University of Padova in the first session of the year 1986.īetween 19, with the qualification of graduate frequenter, performed his research activity in the University of Padova, in the engineering deparment, in collaboration with Prof. The research topic dealt with the study of the complexes developed between eptadentate complexing ligands containing two different coordination sites of the type SN2O2, ON2O2, N3O2 and O2O2, and metallic ions. The thesis, having the title “Preparation and characterization of new complexes with compartimental ligands” was developed under the supervision of Prof. In the Academic Year 1983/1984 he was awarded a degree in chemistry by the University of Padova with an evaluation of 110/110. He was awarded his high school diploma of Industrial Chief Technician by the State Industrial Technical Institute of Gela with an evaluation of 56/60.
